Bring your little ones to a delightful Easter-themed baking workshop at Larkin’s Café! In this bilingual (French/English) session, children will create and decorate their own Easter cookies. This hands-on creative activity is perfect for kids looking to develop their baking skills while having fun during the Easter holiday season.
Our experienced instructor will guide participants through making traditional Easter-shaped cookies using special cookie cutters, including bunnies, eggs, flowers, and more. Then comes the fun part – decorating with colorful icing, sprinkles, and edible decorations! Each child will take home their delicious creations to share with family (if they don’t eat them all first!).
What to Expect
- Hands-on Baking Experience: Children will learn the basics of cookie making in a fun, age-appropriate way. They’ll get to roll, cut, and prepare their own cookies before placing them in the oven.
- Creative Decoration: Once the cookies are baked, the real fun begins! Kids will decorate their Easter cookies with colorful icing, learning techniques to create beautiful designs on Easter eggs, bunnies, and spring-themed shapes.
- Bilingual Instruction: This workshop is conducted in both French and English, making it ideal for international families or children learning a second language. Instructions will be given in both languages to ensure everyone can follow along.
- Take-Home Treats: Each participant will leave with their own decorated Easter cookies packaged carefully to take home and enjoy or share with family and friends.
- Safe and Fun Environment: Our workshop is designed to be safe, engaging, and entertaining. All ingredients are high-quality and safe for children, and our instructor ensures that proper hygiene practices are followed throughout the session.
